The Senior US Retirement Services Associate is responsible for providing high-quality support and expertise in administering retirement plans for U.S.-based clients. This role involves managing participant inquiries, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing guidance on retirement plan processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in U.S. retirement or pension plan operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve complex participant inquiries related to 401(k), 403(b), and other defined contribution plans.
  • Process a variety of retirement plan transactions, including enrollments, rollovers, withdrawals, loans, and distributions.
  • Review, validate, and audit data for accuracy and compliance with plan rules and IRS/ERISA regulations.
  • Serve as an escalation point for junior associates and provide guidance on complex cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (benefits, payroll, compliance, client services) to ensure seamless plan administration.
  • Maintain accurate participant and plan data in the system, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
  • Communicate with plan sponsors, recordkeepers, and third-party administrators to resolve discrepancies and ensure service quality.
  • Contribute to process improvements, documentation updates, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality and data security standards in all interactions and processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php55,000.00 per month
