The role provides support, guidance, and oversight for Facilities-related projects, ensuring that those are align with strategic goals and are executed effectively.

The position serves as a central point person for Facilities' projects management driving efficiency, consistency, and ultimately, project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
  • Align facilities projects with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
  • Oversee projects execution, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success.
  • Involved in managing project resources, including human resources, budget, and equipment.
  • Facilitate communication among project stakeholders.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management, including managing multiple projects and stakeholders, is essential. This experience may include roles in project coordination, scheduling, budgeting, or project management itself.
  • Proficiency in any project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
  • Certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) is good but not required
