About the Role:

We are seeking a
Project Controls Engineer
to join our
PMC Support Team
for the Metro Pacific Water (MPW) – Ardurra Project. The role is vital in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of project milestones through robust planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, update, and maintain the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or MS Project.


• Monitor EPCOM Contractor's progress, productivity, and schedule adherence.


• Prepare baseline and progress S-curves; report schedule deviations to the Project Manager.


• Coordinate with Construction, Quantity Surveying, and Contracts teams for cost-schedule integration.


• Conduct variance and trend analyses; recommend recovery or acceleration strategies.


• Support KPI tracking, Earned Value Analysis (EVA), and project forecasting.


• Maintain dashboards, progress charts, and monthly management reports.


• Ensure project control processes comply with Ardurra and MPW reporting standards.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree in
Civil or Industrial Engineering
.


•
5–10 years
of relevant experience in project controls, planning, or scheduling.


• Proficient in
Primavera P6
,
MS Project
, and
MS Excel
-based reporting tools.


• Strong knowledge of
Earned Value Management (EVM)
and forecasting techniques.


• Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
