We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Sales Associate to focus on identifying, approaching, and building new client relationships in South Luzon. This role is dedicated to business development and lead generation—not bookings or reservations. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience and the ability to open new markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across assigned South Luzon areas.
  • Conduct field visits, cold calls, and client meetings to generate leads.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Establish long-term business relationships with decision-makers.
  • Promote company products/services and tailor presentations based on client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) for campaign support.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales development quotas.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.
  • Prepare regular reports on prospecting activity, progress, and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
  • Strong network within South Luzon is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in hospitality, resort, events, or service-based industries.
  • Knowledge of corporate accounts, government procurement, or institutional clients.
