Charter Ping An, on the other hand, has 22 branches nationwide and 2,007 agents.

AXA Philippines is a joint venture between the AXA Group, headquartered in France, and the Metrobank Group, one of the largest financial conglomerates in the Philippines.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining AXA PH databases, ensuring they are secure, available, and performing optimally.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Design and implement new database systems and architectures, with a focus on MS SQL.  Develop and maintain database standards and best practicesOptimize database performance and resolve performance-related issuesMonitor and maintain database security and integrityDevelop and maintain disaster recovery plans and proceduresPerform database backup and recovery operationsTroubleshoot and resolve database-related issuesEnsure compliance with relevant policies
