Role responsibilities:

The Database Administrator sets up and manages Aurora PostgreSQL databases to keep business apps running smoothly. Deploys updates, handles replication, and ensures the system is always available. Monitors performance, finds slowdowns, and fixes issues as they come up. Runs backups, recovery, and disaster recovery tests to keep data safe. Works with teams on projects and supports the database to stay fast and reliable.

Skills requirements:

  • Can handle Aurora PostgreSQL or any PostgreSQL database in the cloud (AWS is a plus).
  • Knows how to tune, back up, and restore databases so everything runs smooth.
  • Can check and fix performance issues when things slow down or act up.
  • Comfortable creating and managing tables, indexes, and schemas.
  • Gets how to keep databases safe, reliable, and always online.
  • Associate, Diploma, or Bachelor degree in IT, CS, or something similar.

Note: Hybrid Setup (1 or 2 days) - Night Shift (10:00 pm to 07:00 am)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
