What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualise and develop architectural plans and models for commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments
  2. Conduct site analyses, space planning, and design development to ensure projects meet client requirements and adhere to local building codes and regulations
  3. Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation to support the construction process
  4. Participate in client presentations and communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and industry best practices in architecture
  6. Provide support and mentorship to junior members of the design team

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree and license in Architecture
  2. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or in a similar role
  3. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  4. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and the design team
  6. Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and construction practices
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
