Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant who can combine social media management with light administrative and inventory support. This role is designed for someone who can strengthen a business's digital presence through organic engagement and content repurposing, while also keeping back-office operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Repurpose and edit existing images/videos for posts, reels, and stories.
  • Draft captions and content aligned with the brand and voice.
  • Schedule and publish regular posts to maintain consistent activity.
  • Engage with comments, messages, and followers to drive traffic and community engagement.
  • Monitor insights/metrics to advise on content performance.

Admin & Inventory Support

  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory database of products and parts.
  • Assist with uploading images, descriptions, and details of inventory items.
  • Organize and manage digital files (images, product specs, documentation).
  • Support email correspondence and general administrative tasks as required.
