About the role

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Telco Account Operations Supervisor to join our growing team in Cebu City, Cebu. As a full-time supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our customer service call centre, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our telecommunications clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and lead a team of customer service agents, providing coaching, training and performance feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and implement effective strategies to enhance overall team productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative process improvements and best practices

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience as a supervisor or team lead in a call centre or customer service environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
  • Familiar with call centre metrics, workforce management, and quality assurance best practices
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
