FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. OFFICE DUTIES

Prepares clear, complete, and accurate working plans and detailed drawings of

new stores and renovations.

  • Prepares BOQ of an assigned project and monitors that all are delivered on time
  • and properly.
  • Prepares complete bid documents and ensures that they are completely
  • distributed before pre-bid conferences.
  • Assists in the review of project costs and quotations. Ensures if the standard
  • design guidelines are being followed prior to approval of Design Manager.

2. ON-SITE/FIELD DUTIES

  • Monitors closely site construction of an assigned project to ensure that all trades
  • (contractors and Suppliers) are working cohesively.
  • Coordinates and works closely with stakeholders to make sure all Technical
  • Requirements are acceptable and installed accordingly.
  • Rationalizes and submits weekly construction accomplishments report including
  • updated construction bar charts.
  • Coordinates and officiates weekly construction meetings of an assigned project
  • to provide an accurate report of all construction status and concerns.
  • Monitors and checks the delivery and quality of the fixtures, OSM materials and
  • equipment on site and ensures all supplies and manufacturers deliver the items
  • per approved design and specifications.

3. OTHERS

Assists in preparation of all communication letters/memos, scope of works, in house estimates, specifications and other bid documents.

Assists in checking and properly acts on maintenance repair works requested by

Store Operations.

Renders schematic design paraphernalia for visual presentations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php40,000.00 per month
