Job Summary

We are hiring Research and Development Engineers to join our growing engineering team. Following assessment and evaluation during the hiring process, candidates will be assigned to a specific R&D track based on their background, strengths, and business needs—across various focus areas such as process improvement, product development, equipment design, solar and e-mobility technologies, quality assurance, and project management.

This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation and a keen interest or passion for innovation, manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project execution. Fresh graduates with relevant academic or project experience are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities

Depending on the position or track assigned after evaluation during the hiring process, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in the design, development, and improvement of products, processes, systems, equipment, or testing methods.
  • Assisting in product prototyping, process trials, and validation activities using engineering tools, statistical methods, and technical analysis.
  • Utilizing CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) for design tasks, modeling, and technical documentation.
  • Supporting manufacturing operations by troubleshooting technical issues and identifying opportunities for performance optimization.
  • Conducting technical research and experiments related to materials, components, process behavior, and product performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, Manufacturing, Design, R&D, and Project teams) to support engineering initiatives.
  • Contributing to project execution, including planning, coordination, tracking, and documentation of R&D-related tasks.
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate technical reports, records, and presentations to support decision-making and knowledge sharing.
  • Driving and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through innovation, experimentation, and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or Material Science.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects.
  • Demonstrates collaboration, adaptability, and a proactive attitude in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to approach technical challenges methodically.
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic or project-based performance are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work Mondays to Fridays, with an alternating Saturday schedule.
  • Willing to work onsite at our Sta. Maria, Bulacan plant.
