Job Description

  • Lead development of user-centric dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Translate business needs into actionable analytics and visualizations
  • Drive cross-functional BI projects and manage stakeholder communications
  • Integrate data from multiple sources into a unified BI ecosystem
  • Collaborate with global BI teams on cube infrastructure and Spark-based solutions
  • Troubleshoot BI issues and ensure minimal downtime
  • Establish BI development standards and promote data-driven culture

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Business Intelligence Teamhead Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
  • 5-7 years' experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering
  • Strong skills in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Python, and Excel macros
  • Familiarity with Azure Synapse, ETL tools, SAP, and APIs
  • Proven leadership in BI strategy or transformation projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods is a plus
  • Fluent in English and local language
