Sales Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Drive strategic sales growth across targeted markets, including utilities, EPCs, OEMs, and industrial customers.
Lead and support the sales team in prospecting, client engagement, and closing deals.
Develop and manage long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Identify new opportunities in the substation automation, power quality, energy storage, and renewable integration segments.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver optimal solutions tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry conferences, and vendor discussions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Sales, Business, Commerce, or related disciplines preferred).
At least 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in power systems, automation, or energy solutions.
Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics in the power and utility sectors.
Proven ability to build client trust and close complex, high-value deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and lead a sales team.
Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales reporting practices.
