Qualifications

  • Candidates must have at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Must have an experience working in a construction and development company.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills and is confident in dealing with people across all levels and with vendors/suppliers.
  • Must be willing to work onsite, San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs testing on all physical and engineering properties of construction materials used for all projects under implementation.
  • Responsible for checking the quality and quantity of materials to be used in the project site.
  • Responsible for on-time delivery and proper logistics work, such as issuing/receiving/controlling construction tools, equipment, and materials at the job site.
  • Ensures that all project materials are properly accounted, well documented, and have the appropriate number of stocks at every given time.
  • Perform other work-related task that may arise from time to time.
