Responsibilities:

Ensure that store meets or surpasses the sales target.

Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Attend to customer and inquiries and complaints and takes immediate action and solution relating to cashiering activities

Monitors deliveries and ensure orderly of merchandise in the department.

Ensure adequate merchandise stock level in the store at all times.

Maximize the use of available resources (JDA/server)

Prepare and submits report on time.

Qualifications:

Customer service skills

Problem-solving skills

Communication skills

Knowledge in JDA system

At least College Undergrad, Associate degree, Vocational degree

Preferably 1-2 years experience in a service oriented company
