We are looking for an Inventory Supervisor to oversee accurate tracking and recording, and manage inventory levels to meet production demands and optimize storage space.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares overall monthly inventory report for the Head Office and branches.
  • Conduct monthly physical inventory in the Warehouses.
  • Prepare overall variance analysis for the Head Office inventory flow & branches.
  • Prepare overall variance analysis from materials to finished goods & branches.
  • Monitor selling price against acquisition costs.
  • Prepare costing to be used for inventories.
  • Review transaction edit lists from the warehouse to check for potential errors.
  • Verify the unit cost used in the Purchase Order.
  • Report/Analyze discrepancies between physical counts and system records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as an Inventory Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
  • Preferably with experience in Costing.
  • Proficiency in SAP Accounting Software is an advantage.
  • Can start immediately.
