About the Role

Next Staffing Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. This is a fully remote contractor position, requiring alignment with US business hours. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital design, content creation, and driving meaningful engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create high-quality graphics and marketing assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and AI-driven design platforms
  • Manage social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement to grow brand awareness and interaction
  • Leverage AI tools for content ideas, copywriting support, and analytics reporting
  • Monitor performance metrics, optimize strategies, and present insights to the client
  • Stay up to date with trends in digital marketing, design, and social platforms

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
  • Strong design skills with tools like Canva (Adobe Suite a plus)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content/design tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, MidJourney)
  • Excellent written English with a knack for catchy, engaging social copy
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience working remotely with international clients preferred

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup
  • Must use time tracking software (such as Time Doctor or ActivTrac) to record work hours
  • Available to work and attend meetings during US time zones
