The role

Tech.Vision IT Solutions is seeking a talented CCTV Installer to join our expanding team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a CCTV Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art security camera systems for our diverse range of clients. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to grow within our dynamic and innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct site surveys to assess the optimal placement of CCTV cameras, Door Access, Biometrics, UPS, Access Control and associated equipment
  2. Install, configure, and test CCTV systems, Door Access, Biometrics, UPS, Access Control according to client requirements and industry best practices
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with CCTV systems, Door Access, Biometrics, UPS, Access Control, ensuring optimal performance
  4. Provide comprehensive training to clients on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems
  5. Maintain detailed records of all installations, repairs, and maintenance activities
  6. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify new business opportunities

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation and maintenance
  2. Strong technical skills in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various CCTV systems
  3. Familiarity with CCTV hardware, software, and networking technologies
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  5. Strong communication and customer service abilities
  6. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable mode of transportation
