Job Description

  • Timekeeping and Attendance

  • Manage timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate records of employee attendance and overtime checking.

  • Generate attendance reports and address discrepancies as necessary

  • Global Mobility and Statutory Benefits

  • Assist Assistant Manager, People (HRBP) Rewards in processing all Alien Employment Permits (AEP) and other necessary work permits and visas for foreign crew members.

  • Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, coordinate with relevant government agencies, and provide support to foreign employees throughout the application process.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory benefits and support Assistant Manager, People (HRBP) Rewards in managing related processes.
  • Observe timely submission of report for payment and posting

  • Data Privacy and Security

  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of employee data in compliance with data protection regulations.

  • Implement and monitor data privacy policies and practices.

  • PD Projects and Initiatives

  • Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, collaborating closely with the Assistant Managers and HR Business Partners (HRBP).

  • Contribute to the development and execution of programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace experience.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
