Description

The Sales Coordinator is mainly responsible for all administrative works of the sales department. He or she will be the point person for all sales-related inquiries.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Data Collection and Analysis
  • Responsible for gathering and organizing sales-related data from various sources, ensuring its quality, accuracy, and relevance.
  • Sales Administration
  • Consolidates all sales reports from ASM/RSMs and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of all reports.
  • Handles all communication to sales team and safekeeps all documents related to sales.
  • Coordinates with the finance department for all replenishments and reimbursements of sales team.
  • Monitors sales calendar that includes ASM/RSMs official business itinerary, site visits, events, and other related activities.
  • Responsible for processing of any sales-related requests to any departments
  • Reports to the NSM and top management of any concerns and issues that may arise and raise from the department or other department including, but not limited to, sales performance, KPIs, feedback, etc.
  • Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Education and Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business-related course.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY.

Skills and Specifications

  • Proficient in MS Office applications is a must.
  • With strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and high analytical skills
  • Trustworthy, team player and with excellent organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
