Our Triple A Contractor Client is looking for an Assistant to the Project Director who will help manage and monitor several ongoing projects. The role requires a Civil Engineer with strong experience in planning, detailing, and documentation, and who can coordinate well with different teams and clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Director in planning, scheduling, and monitoring multiple projects.
  • Prepare and organize project documents, reports, drawings, and presentations.
  • Track project progress and timelines to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, contractors, and clients for updates and requirements.
  • Support day-to-day site operations, meetings, and documentation tasks.
  • Maintain proper filing and reporting of all project records.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
  • At least 8 years of experience in project planning, detailing, and documentation.
  • Experienced in handling multiple projects at the same time.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other project planning tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to work onsite in Madrigal Business Park, Alabang.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
