  • Reviews the scope of work and approved specifications of assigned projects, prepares the cost estimate, the necessary materials, tools and equipment and organizes the required manpower resources.
  • Coordinates the different project/order activities and with other project stakeholders in order to assure proper project interface with the different departments leading to successful implementation of the project on time.
  • Prepares and monitors the project schedule, and conducts meetings to assure that the project is within the project schedule.
  • Provides technical expertise in identifying and rectifying problems and concerns that may arise during the implementation of the project.
  • Monitors and controls the cost of different activities in order to maintain the projected cost and prevent margin slippage.
  • Prepares periodic accomplishment reports on the status of projects assigned.
  • Provides assistance to the Engineering and Sales Department in the cost estimate of prospective projects or inquiries.
  • Assist in the testing and commissioning of equipment and apparatus as directed.
