Position Overview:

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all cost-related aspects of construction projects—from initial estimates to final accounts—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and value for money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQ) for projects.
  • Evaluate and manage project costs to ensure alignment with budgets.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify work quantities.
  • Prepare and review contracts, variations, and claims.
  • Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers for cost updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and cost management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and cost estimation software.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
