We're hiring Salesforce professionals to support our core platform used by 1,200 sales reps and 170 marketing users. As part of the CRM Support team, you'll collaborate with Salesforce leads, developers, and admins to deliver agile solutions across the full software lifecycle—from requirements to support.

What will you do as a Senior Salesforce Administrator?
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator working under the supervision of the Salesforce Delivery Team Lead, you will:

Configure Salesforce to support business functions, project objectives, stakeholder needs, and company goals

Lead and supervise admin team in implementation: configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, debugging, documentation, and personal development

Efficient in Salesforce administration: objects, record types, layouts, user security, profiles, roles, flows, approvals, queues, licenses, capacity, and storage

Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile; create backlogs, user stories, reports, dashboards; ensure data integrity, documentation, and system usability

Diagnose technical issues; support CRM tools (Marketing Cloud, Brandworkz, The Box, Hubspot); identify and share Salesforce best practices

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Salesforce platform experience in administration and maintenance

Salesforce Certification (ADM201 and/or ADM211) is a strong plus

Proven software implementation expertise (5 years): configuration, maintenance, installation, testing, debugging, documentation

Extensive experience with configuration: custom objects, record types, layouts, security, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, approvals, rules, queues, licenses, capacity, storage

Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and functionalities; must have Lightning experience

Familiar with full Salesforce suite, including Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Certifications

Should have at least 3 Salesforce certifications, such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Associate, AI Associate, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Email Specialist, Consultant, Developer, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant.
