QA/QC Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Pre-Construction

  • Review construction plans and specifications.
  • Support site investigations and data gathering.
  • Assist in estimating materials and costs.
  • Help with permit applications and documentation.
  • Attend preparatory meetings.

Construction

  • Monitor work for compliance with plans and standards.
  • Conduct basic quality inspections.
  • Report safety issues and discrepancies.
  • Assist with surveying and layout tasks.
  • Maintain progress records and reports.
  • Coordinate logistics with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Support issue resolution and worker inquiries.

Post-Construction

  • Assist with final inspections and punch list completion.
  • Prepare as-built documentation.
  • Help close out project files and contracts.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on relevant building codes and safety regulations.
  • Learn and use construction software and tools.
  • Develop communication and teamwork skills.
  • Contribute to a positive and safe work environment.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • A valid professional license is essential.
  • Candidates with 7 years of relevant experience are preferred, but not required.
