We are looking for a professional and reliable Secretary to join our team.

B8-RIS 6 Main Rd & Esguerra, Sta. Peregrina, Pulilan, 3005 Bulacan

Position: Secretary

Salary: PHP 20,000 – 30,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Fluent in spoken and written English at a professional level (Chinese is a plus)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, or factory administration preferred
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office and capable of handling formal documents
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, with a high work ethic and integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and assist with scheduling
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence and reports
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Support management in documentation, meetings, and coordination tasks
