DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Promotes and supports the company's Quality and Food Safety system and policies (such as GMP, GLP and HACCP) and to immediately report to proper authorities all Food Safety related deviations.
  • Strict adherence to all company rules and regulations and established policies and procedures.
  • Ensures conformance of raw and packaging materials to set quality and food safety standards and specifications of Clients by way of verification / inspection and evaluation of these prior production use.
  • Evaluates production area compliance to GMP and Food Safety requirements prior processes.
  • Prepares required production and quality monitoring logsheets, checklists and batch cards and all relevant records for production use in accordance to SOP's and Procedures.
  • Monitors and verifies processes and production conformance to process quality and food safety parameters, limits
  • and specifications, including compliance of production to Client SOPs manufacturing instructions.
  • Analyzes/evaluates finished products for conformance to set specifications and parameters.
  • Prepares/drafts required analytical reports and relevant documents required in finished product release or disposition according to timeline set for these documents including analytical data that are relevant to product processing and evaluation.
  • Assist in the timely evaluation / analysis of non-conforming materials and finished products.
  • Assists in the timely evaluation of product complaints and other relevant in-line retention samples to validate and verify complaints as communicated by Clients.
  • Provides / reports any discrepancy found during In-line inspection to immediate superior.
  • Performs other duties as may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.

QUALIFICATION

  • Education

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, Chemistry or Chemical Eng. or any related course; Fresh Graduate can apply.

  • Experience

  • Not necessary but a minimum of 3 months work experience in a food manufacturing production operations is an advantage.

  • Judgment

  • Has an acceptable ability in analyzing problems and formulation of actions plans an improvements of existing SOP and process flows in the line.

  • Working Condition

  • Works in an area that needs proper hygiene

  • Others

  • With good moral character, with leadership skills and can easily relate with co-employees. Full and consistent attention and keen eyes for details of inspection.
  • With minimum supervision, with initiative, with full, keen and consistent attention for details.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
