Job Title: Data Engineer – Business Intelligence

Work Set-up & Location: Hybrid Setup (3 days RTO), UP Ayala Land Technohub, Quezon City

Work Schedule: 04:00 PM – 01:00 AM

Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Highly Subject for Renewal)

Salary Offer: Up to ₱80,000

KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in data engineering, business intelligence, or data visualization.
  • Strong background in dashboard development using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Skilled in data storytelling, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for effective visualization and user-friendly dashboards.
  • Experience working with data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL-based data extraction.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as , HTML, and CSS for custom visualizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, perform peer reviews, and coach members to ensure high-quality and timely deliverables.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to understand and deliver business requirements.
