Key Functions:

  1. Coordinates with concerned units on the validity of claims for A/R and A/P accounts and other administrative accounts.
  2. Coordinates of the preparation of billing statements.
  3. Renders regular reports.
  4. Prepares account adjustments and ensures closure of clearing accounts and posts adjusting entries on SAP.
  5. Computes for taxes due all disbursements.
  6. Prepares monthlys chedules for inancial statements
  7. Prepares reports on expanded and final withholding taxes
  8. Reconciles GL and SL transactions.
  9. Analyzes requested adjustments to settle reconciling items.
