Job Opening: Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

  • Plan, schedule, and post content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Engage with followers: reply to comments, DMs, and mentions
  • Monitor trends in beauty and wellness content

CONTENT CREATION

  • Assist in creating content (photos, videos, reels, stories) featuring services, promos, or behind-the-scenes moments
  • Help design marketing materials using tools like Canva or CapCut

INFLUENCER & PARTNERSHIP COORDINATION

  • Research and reach out to beauty influencers or lifestyle creators
  • Ensure influencers tag, post, and promote the salon appropriately
  • Maintain a database of influencer contacts and collaborations

ADMINISTRATIVE TASK

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing and admin team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creativity and an eye for visual contentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
