I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the business performance of the restaurant in accordance to the targets set
  • Analyze and plan restaurant sales and profitability
  • Oversees the branch in accordance to the standards in quality control, safety, hygiene, and sanitation
  • Implement the company policies and procedures
  • Provide excellent guest experience and guide staff in providing a high level of service
  • Prepare all reports as required by the Management
  • Assists the management in properly monitoring the inventory
  • Properly monitor the stock levels and cash management
  • Monitor and manage product and labor costs
  • Prepare employees' shift schedule
  • Train and motivate staff
  • Assess the performance and provide feedback to staff
  • Promote the culture and values of the Company
  • Any ad hoc task assigned by Immediate Superior

II. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, staff management, and preparation of profit and loss statement and other reports
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidently make business decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

III. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Willing to be trained in Metro Manila

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php24,000.00 per month
