Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Recruitment Head located in Muntinlupa City. The Real Estate Recruitment Head will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts to attract top talent in the real estate sector, particularly for roles related to real estate development, sales, and property management. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with department heads to identify hiring needs, and building strong relationships with potential candidates. The role requires frequent coordination, evaluation of candidate pipelines, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes to support the organization's growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Real Estate and Real Estate Development, with a thorough understanding of the industry and market trends.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Sales, with the ability to connect with and attract top talent in the field.
  • Knowledge of Real Property management and the ability to assess candidates' experience in property handling and operations.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills to effectively lead and manage recruitment teams and processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
  • Experience in recruitment within the real estate industry is highly preferred.
