Job Summary: The Head for Sales Network and Development Group 2 is responsible for overseeing all sales operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and sales performance. This role involves recommending Sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals, ensuring the sales team is well-equipped and aligned with company objectives.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervising and overseeing the Departments mentioned above
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform Sales strategies.
- Manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and pursue new Sales opportunities, including prospecting and relationship-building with potential clients achieving high Sales rates and consistent revenue growth.
- Prepare and present regular reports on Sales performance, market conditions, and feedback to management.
- Handles request for events and promotional activities within the FAI Projects.
- Ensure that all company policies, systems and procedures are in place and strictly being implemented by all staff under his/her responsibility.
- Conducts inspection monthly to assess operating standards are being observed by project staff.
- Implement professional management programs as may be required by the management from time to time.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- With background in Sales, Real Estate Management, or a related role, with a track record of successful Sales negotiations and management.
EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 15 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, trends, Sales Strategies and Expertise, and legal regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
