Job Summary

The Creative Accounts Associate plays a vital role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring smooth project execution, and supporting the accounts team in managing business development initiatives. This position requires strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to meet client needs and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Address client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.

Project Coordination

  • Assist in coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and requirements between clients and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are executed smoothly and completed on time.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.

Sales and Business Development Support

  • Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to expand the company's client base.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to develop and execute business development strategies.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and transactions.
  • Assist in invoicing, follow-ups, and budget tracking for projects.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date.

Market Research and Trend Analysis

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve client engagement and business strategies.

Quotations & Proposals

  • Prepare and send accurate cost estimates and quotations.
  • Assist in drafting proposals, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to get costings for quotation

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in client servicing, sales, or account management is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
  • Proactive problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced creative environment.
