Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Laboratory Analyst to conduct chemical and analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products. This role ensures product quality and regulatory compliance through routine lab analysis and support of method development.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Laboratory Technology

– Must hold a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related scientific course, providing the necessary background in laboratory procedures, analytical methods, and technical knowledge relevant to quality assurance and control.

  • At least 1 year of experience in QC/QA is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome

– Preferably with a minimum of one (1) year of work experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment. However, motivated fresh graduates with strong academic training are also highly encouraged to apply.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Must possess the ability to evaluate data accurately, identify irregularities or deviations, and apply logical reasoning in resolving issues effectively, ensuring product quality and compliance with standards.

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic lab software

– Should be computer literate and capable of using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as basic laboratory software for data recording, reporting, and analysis.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

– Must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, while being able to work collaboratively with colleagues, supervisors, and cross-functional teams in a professional environment.

  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Comply with Good Laboratory Practices and safety protocols
  • Participate in audits, inventory monitoring, and continuous improvement efforts
