Job Summary:

The Electrical Engineering Staff will assist in the design, implementation, inspection, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves supporting operations by ensuring electrical safety, reliability, and efficiency in compliance with company standards and government regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, installation, and testing of electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Conduct routine inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical facilities and machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
  • Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate electrical performance to recommend improvements for efficiency and safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Production, Maintenance, Facilities) for projects and operational support.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (licensed or non-licensed).
  • With or without related work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and safety standards.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be willing to go on field visits in different locations.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
