About the Role

Gaisano Mall of Davao is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to specialize in our Food & Beverage division. Based in Davao City, you will be the driving force behind our F&B promotions, responsible for generating excitement and increasing sales across all our culinary offerings. If you have a passion for food, a strategic marketing mind, and a keen eye for visual content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with the Operations, Sales, and main Marketing teams to curate and launch new food and beverage offerings, promotions, seasonal specials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Utilize basic photography skills to capture high-quality, appealing visual content for social media, digital ads, and in-store promotions.
  • Buzz Generation: Develop engaging marketing experiences that generate interest, drive sales, and build strong brand loyalty among our customer base.
  • Market Competitiveness: Analyze trends and execute strategies to ensure our offerings maintain a strong competitive edge in the local culinary industry.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of F&B-focused campaigns, including planning, budgeting, content scheduling, and performance tracking.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of a four-year course in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven professional experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry is required.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments (Sales, Operations).
  • Visual Aptitude: Basic skills and a strong interest in photography and visual content creation (portfolio or examples highly preferred).
  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute to the job location in Davao City (In-person work is required).
