Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer is responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting telemarketing calls, and supporting the sales team in securing meetings and new business opportunities. The role focuses mainly on lead generation and client outreach for manpower outsourcing services.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Client Prospecting

  • Search for potential clients through online research, directories, and networking sources.
  • Build and maintain a list of prospective companies.
  • Update and organize the client database regularly.

2. Telemarketing & Client Outreach

  • Conduct telemarketing calls to introduce the company's services.
  • Set appointments or sales meetings for the Business Development / Sales team.
  • Send introductory emails and follow-ups as needed.
  • Assist in responding to basic client inquiries.

3. Client Support & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing simple proposals, company profiles, and basic documents for client presentations.
  • Coordinate with the Sales/Recruitment teams for schedules, client requirements, and follow-through.
  • Support the team during client visits or presentations when needed.

4. Reporting & Admin Tasks

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on calls made, leads generated, and appointments set.
  • Maintain organized files and logs for leads, follow-ups, and client updates.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business, or any related course.
  • With experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or client outreach.
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in an outsourcing or service-based company is an advantage.
