Unit Head

Position Summary:

The support service personnel shall be tasked with providing coordination and operational assistance in carrying out the activities of the Investment Promotions and Marketing Communications functions of the Office of the President and CEO (OP & CEO), including but not limited to the following: implementing plans, facilitating organizational requirements, coordinating execution of investment promotion activities, investor facilitation events, and processes involving the Clark Aviation Capital (CAC) through various strategies, programs, and a broad range of branding, advertising, marketing, communication tools, and multimedia products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the daily operations of the IPMCC.

2. Provide support in implementing branding, advertising, investment promotional campaigns, and marketing activities are aligned with CAC's strategic goals and branding guidelines.

3. Provide necessary logistical and operational support to facilitate the effective use of resources and to help achieve desired results and departmental objectives.

4. Facilitate the collaboration and consultation with senior management to ensure brand consistency in all aspects of CAC's promotional campaigns and marketing activities.

5. Assist in the development and updating of relevant marketing and communication strategies, policy frameworks, and administrative procedures intended to further improve and elevate the business environment, facilitation, promotion, and establishment of local and foreign investors.

6. Assist in creating and implementing systems to track and evaluate performance of IPMC staff, marketing communications and promotional campaign plans and programs.

7. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure that appropriate information, assistance and support are being provided in relation to CAC awareness and promotion on a timely basis.

8. Facilitate weekly meetings to discuss issues from operations and to assess status of events, investment leads, and inquiries as well as investment facilitation and after-event activities.

9. Assist in coordinating with stakeholders, private partners, national and regional private sector associations, government agencies and local and international financial institutions and other related organizations.

10. Ensure effective monitoring and tracking of all CAC events, activities, and campaigns.

11. Perform other tasks and duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php92,421.00 per month
