Position: App Development Manager

• Leadership & Team Management

• Oversee iOS, Android, and Backend development teams (approx. 12–15 developers in total).

• Manage Graphics Design team collaboration with development.
• Provide mentorship, performance reviews, and professional development guidance.

• Project & Delivery Oversight

• Define project roadmaps, sprint plans, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

• Ensure on-time and high-quality release of mobile applications and backend services.
• Coordinate feature parity across iOS and Android platforms.

• Technical Oversight

• Provide architectural guidance on mobile and backend systems.

• Review code, pull requests, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Ensure systems meet scalability, performance, and security requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and Operations teams to align goals.

• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.

• Quality & Process Management

• Establish coding standards, testing protocols, and deployment pipelines.

• Implement agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) for efficient workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in team processes and product delivery.

• Strong background in mobile application development (iOS and/or Android).
• Experience managing backend teams with PHP, MySQL, RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of real-time streaming technologies (Agora SDK, WebRTC, Socket programming).
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS S3, Firebase, Push Notifications).
• Understanding of UI/UX collaboration and graphics integration.

• 5+ years in software/mobile development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
• Prior experience building high-traffic live streaming or social media applications.
• Proven track record of managing cross-platform development teams.
• Experience with agile project management and release cycles.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years relevant professional experience, including leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Mid Shift = 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
