Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Planning schedule of drivers and monitoring route activity
  • Transact with delivery third parties for transporting of materials
  • Will perform field work as required, including coordination with suppliers, couriers, and clients, monitoring deliveries and pick-ups, assisting with on-site logistics operations, and addressing operational issues outside the office when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of a Diploma or Bachelor's course, or at least college level
  • Experience in a construction industry or hardware business
  • Experience in inventory of hardware electronics or construction materials preferred
  • Experience in handling local logistics (air/sea freight) is required
  • Experience in handling driver itineraries, including route planning, scheduling, coordination, and real-time adjustments as needed
  • Required Skill(s): MS Excel, Warehouse Management, Inventory, Logistics
  • Familiar with ERP or SAP Business One System
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with Metro Manila routes, major roads, and alternative routes
  • Knowledge in Warehouse Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Organized and keen to details
  • Physically fit and healthy
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
  • Willing to do field works if necessary
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in similar task are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100.00 per month
