Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar role, specifically on interior fit-out projects (minimum of 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and techniques (e.g., flooring, ceiling installation, partitions, cabinetry, painting, and final finishes).
  • In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols specific to interior construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management and scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with high-end commercial, retail, or residential interior fit-out projects.
  • Certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA, First Aid, or similar certifications).
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices or green construction techniques.
  • Multilingual skills (if applicable to project location).
