JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the NCR and Luzon (North and South areas).
  • Promote and sell the company's range of food and functional ingredients
  • Identify new business opportunities and coordinate closely with the main office in
  • Manila
  • Conduct product presentations, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts Develops and maintains long-term partnerships and relationships with customers to ensure business sustainability and profitability.
  • Works with the Sales Department in the smooth and seamless implementation of policies, procedures, work instructions and forms/checklist aligned with the ISO 9001:2015 standards
  • Attends and participates in all QMS related trainings, meetings and audits.

Nice to Have:


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field


• At least 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in food ingredients or beverages


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong organizational and time management abilities


• Willing to travel extensively within NCR & Luzon Area (for those interested in Luzon accounts)

Success Criteria:

To be successful in this role as a sales representative, we expect you to:

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, demonstrating the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.


• Show an increase in client portfolio size and retention rates, reflecting the ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.


• Deliver exceptional customer service, earning positive client feedback and reinforcing

the company's reputation.


• Actively contribute to team objectives and maintain accurate Customer relations management records to ensure accessible and reliable information across departments.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: Negotiable plus sales commission and other incentives
