We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Kitchen Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating for kitchen fit-outs, joinery, or related construction projects, with strong attention to accuracy and cost analysis.

Responsibilities:
  • Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements for kitchen projects.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and cutting lists. 
  • Work with suppliers to gather and analyze pricing for materials  and finishes.
  • Provide detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and timelines.
  • Ensure estimates are delivered on time and aligned with project budgets.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Estimator in kitchen, joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out works.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen materials, finishes, hardware, and installation methods.
  • Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
Preferred:
  • Experience with international projects (residential/commercial kitchens).
  • Familiarity with stone, tiles, and countertop estimating is a plus.
Work Setup:

  • Remote, freelance/independent contractor.

  • Monday to Friday and must be responsive to team communication.
