JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and track delivery of goods in transit, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates.
- Prepare and process Local Transport Permit (LTP) applications and related compliance documents.
- Create and issue proforma invoices for transactions and coordination with suppliers or clients.
- Draft and prepare contracts and other business documents for the processing plant.
- Handle and maintain documentation requirements for importation activities.
- Manage petty cash funds, including disbursement, recording, and monitoring of expenses.
- Conduct bank transactions, payments, deposits, and other company errands as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations across departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related business course.
- 1 to 2 years of experience as an Office Staff or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office management tools.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
- Paralegal Certification is an advantage but not required.
