About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Office Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) office by preparing, reviewing, and maintaining reports, documents, and other QA-related files. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent writing and editing skills, and proficiency in office applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, review, and editing of Quality Assurance reports, documentation, and communications.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of office documents.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records related to QA processes.
- Provide administrative support to the QA Office, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and verify information needed for reports.
- Uphold confidentiality and compliance with institutional policies and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Communication, Business, or related field.
- Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ready to be formed in the Catholic-Benedictine way of life.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in an academic or office setting is an advantage.
