  • Ensure accurate completion of sanitation checks, GMP monitoring, sampling procedures, and hold/release processes.
  • Oversee inspections, testing, and review of microbiological, sensory, chemical, and physical results for raw materials, in-process items, finished goods, and packaging.
  • Support customer, regulatory, and third-party audits while maintaining complete and compliant QC documentation.
  • Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints; escalate food safety concerns and drive corrective/preventive actions.
  • Supervise and train QC staff, manage daily duties and shift coverage, and coach the team for accuracy and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to improve product quality, reduce waste, support ingredient/equipment changes, and assist with new product trials and validations.

Basic Qualification:

  • At least 1-year experience as Quality Control Officer or equivalent position.
  • Graduate of Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work at Kapitolyo, Pasig City.
