Position: Sales & Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST (US Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated contractor from the Philippines to join our growing team. This role supports our VertexifyCX Business Suite, helping small businesses with digital services including websites, CRM, marketing, AI tools, and managed solutions.

This is a remote, full-time contractor position that blends customer support, sales, and outbound calling.


Responsibilities
Inbound Calls
  • Answer calls that our AI phone assistant cannot resolve
  • Assist customers with basic questions about services
  • Provide product information and guide callers to the right solutions
  • Schedule appointments and qualify leads
Outbound Calls
  • Reach out to small businesses to introduce VertexifyCX Business Suites
  • Follow provided scripts, outreach lists, and value propositions
  • Convert prospects into booked appointments or direct sales
  • Log calls and notes into our CRM
General
  • Maintain excellent spoken and written English
  • Attend team check-ins and follow structured daily goals
  • Work independently and professionally during US daytime hours

Requirements
  • Must have excellent English — both spoken and written
  • Stable computer and internet connection
  • Quiet work environment
  • Experience in inbound and outbound sales, preferably with small business customers
  • Strong communication, follow-through, and customer-first attitude
  • Comfortable using CRMs, online tools, chat, and phone systems
  • Coachable, professional, and reliable

Compensation

Base Pay (PH Contractor Rate During US Hours):

₱30,000 – ₱45,000 PHP per month (approx. $525 – $825 USD)

Higher end for reps with strong US-based sales experience.

Plus:

  • Uncapped commission
  • Performance incentives
  • Bonus for meeting monthly appointment-setting or sales targets

Total monthly potential can exceed ₱70,000 – ₱120,000 PHP with commissions for strong performers.
