About the role

As a Warehouse Officer at SVT Meditech Corporation, you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient operations of our centralized distribution facility. This full-time position is based in Project 8, Quezon City Metro Manila and will involve overseeing the day-to-day activities within our warehousing and storage operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising the receipt, storage, and distribution of a wide range of medical equipment and supplies
  • Coordinating the movement of inventory to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
  • Maintaining accurate records and inventory levels through the use of our warehouse management system
  • Implementing and enforcing best practice warehousing procedures to optimise efficiency and productivity
  • Overseeing the work of the warehouse team, including providing training, guidance, and performance feedback
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and collaborating with the management team to implement changes
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Strong understanding of warehousing principles, inventory management, and logistics operations
  • Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and technology
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, providing effective supervision and coaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Familiarity with the medical equipment and supplies industry is preferred
