Our client supplies great meat to the best chefs. Short Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts and Administration Supervisor to lead and support key financial, administrative, and operational functions. This role is vital to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and efficient day-to-day administration. The successful candidate will provide oversight across accounting processes, payroll, compliance, budgeting, and general administration while supervising a small team and engaging with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in preparation of monthly financial management reporting including general ledger reconciliation, stock takes (including NRV analysis), and adjusting journal entries.
  • Assistance in preparation of annual budgeting including monthly variance analysis.
  • Assistance in preparation and lodgment of documentation and liaising with external accountants and other government entities for taxation obligations including but not limited income tax, business activity statements, payroll tax, and fringe benefits tax.
  • Liaising with external stakeholders and preparation of required documentation such as banks, vendor supplier credit applications, external auditors and the like.
  • Bookkeeping obligations as required liaising with other staff including bank reconciliations, preparation of payment runs, vendor and customer entries as required.
  • Manage payroll functions including review of timesheets on a weekly basis.
  • Assistance with product database management and pricing from supplier and customer perspectives.
  • Supervision of other junior staff including verifying accuracy, timeliness and completeness of data input.
  • Review and maintenance of multiple email inboxes.
  • Some customer service functions such as incoming customer phone calls.

Requirements

  • Can do hybrid work in our office located at Quezon Avenue corner Scout Reyes Diliman QC
  • 4+ years experience in an accountant/bookkeeping role.
  • Prior data entry experience ideal
  • Familiarity with ERP system e.g Odoo or SAP preferable
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Accounting qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to work independently
